This is a James Bunte 42 Tenor Saxophone Mouthpiece made by James Bunte from the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music. These mouthpieces are amazing at having a huge amount of power and focus all at the same time. Also, they are great at hitting extremely high and low notes with no issues. They do great in all registers, including altissimo, and have an overall fantastic sound. 

This 42 in particular has a .105 tip opening, giving it lots of extra power and sound. Get this great mouthpiece while you still can!
